Developmental Education

Our Developmental Educators are disability-specific allied health professionals who specialise in skill-building.

They are dedicated to helping individuals enhance their functional life skills across various domains, including social, communication, daily living, recreation, and employment. 

 As advocates, our Developmental Educators promote access, inclusion, participation, and contribution for all individuals. They work tirelessly to support individuals or caregivers in building their capacity to self-advocate, ensuring that everyone's voice is heard.

In their role as educators, our team focuses on building the knowledge and skills of parents, carers, families, and community members. We believe in championing every individual to identify their uniqueness and strengths, celebrating their wins, and finding ways to share talents and ideas within our community.

Collaboration is key, and our Developmental Educators work alongside other professionals and community members to facilitate choice, control, and inclusion for all.
